Are you a NDIS participant? 

Do you need help with resources or toys to support your NDIS goals, are you overwhelmed by all the things you need to do to buy you resources? 

Here at TOYS2LEARN we aim to make the process easier for you, Plan Managed or Self-managed we are here to help you step you through the process from start to finish. If you are unsure which resources would assist with meeting your goals or having trouble finding what a therapist has recommended, we are happy to help you with this as well., With a knowledgeable Team with experience with not only educational resources but the process of NDIS our goal is to take the stress away and have you one step closer to meeting your goals. Our dedicated team is here to support you through any NDIS orders and questions you may have. We are more than happy to put together a NDIS invoice or quote depending upon your needs.

The first process is the fun part. 

• Make a list of needed resources, please include product name, product code and quantities.
• Provide Clients Name, NDIS Number 
• Shipping Address. 
• Email your list along with all these details to ndis@toys2learn.com.au 
• Alternatively Place your Items in a Cart and upon checkout hit the NDIS payment option. Email Relevant NDIS Details to ndis@toys2learn.com.au

If you are using a plan manager, please include the following:

• Plan Manager Name
• Plane Manager Email Address
• An invoice will be created and emailed to your plan manager as well as a copy to yourself. 

If you are self-managed, please include the following:

• An email address to forward the completed invoice. 

Once an invoice has been created and emailed:

• Goods will be held for a 2-week period until we are emailed remittance. Please email all NDIS remittance to ndis@toys2learn.com.au
• Once payment has been made and remittance received, your resources will be sent directly to the provided shipping address. 
• We will email you and advise you that your products are on the way.

Please note once payment has been made for approved NDIS resources we are unable to issue refunds for cash or exchanges for resources not approved. Please note like resources or replacements for faulty products may be considered. Please contact us for these type of inquiries. Toys2Learn will not under any circumstances issue any cash refunds or store credits for any NDIS approved orders.
